We're kicking off the first EVER Sister Circle Cycle by diving into all things ABUNDANCE For sisters experiencing both the beauty of new beginnings and the fear of change, it's time. It's time for you to embrace the limitless world you've created for yourself. It's time to step into the most expansive version of YOU. It's time to receive the desires that you have been fighting so hard to create. The only question is... Are you ready to accept the abundance? Cycle Structure: Every Sunday: In our 1-1.5 hour session, we will dive into a new facet of our journey toward abundance. Through writing exercises/prompts, circle sharing, breathing techniques, and other healing modalities, you'll find yourself inching closer and closer to all your heart desires. Throughout The Week: -You will have access to our bad a$$ group chat to share the wins/hardships/inspo -Receive journal prompts to allow for reflection throughout the week -Create & follow an individualized game plan so that each of us is able to integrate our Sunday sessions all week long Week 1- Breaking Down the Barriers Week 2- Heart-led Meditation & Discovering Your Why Week 3- Moving Meditation & Creating Your Game Plan to Abundance Week 4- Breathwork & Expansion Assessment Week 5- Stability Meditation & Next Moves Week 6- Release, Rebirth & Re-Introduction Circle
